Active Release Technique (ART)

Dr. Brian Campbell and Dr. Jaysen Sudnykovych have taken the upper, lower, and spine courses which enable them to perform the Active Release Technique (ART).

ART is a patented, state-of-the-art soft tissue system/movement-based technique that treats problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and nerves. Headaches, back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, shin splints, shoulder pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, knee problems, and tennis elbow are just a few of the many conditions that can be resolved quickly and permanently with ART. These conditions all have one important thing in common: they are often a result of overused muscles.

ART is incorporated to almost every treatment plan, and thus will occur at most visits. ART is performed solely with the doctor’s hands and allows the doctor to analyze the different tissues by touch. Many of the symptoms that most of our patients experience are due in part or completely to problems in the soft tissues of the body.
